We only accept returns on new & unused merchandise in it's original packaging.  The only exception to this rule is on the Litebook which has a 60-day money back guarantee.  This product can be returned if not satisfied after being used.

Please contact us to get a RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any product.  No refund will be given for products that have no RAN.

All shipping costs on returned goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

All product warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer, unless otherwise specified.
