Stainless Steel Twin Gears
The precision designed "Jang" twin gears have a two-fold effect...
It has taken the inventor 5 years of testing and perfecting the Jang Gears; more than 50 prototypes have been built before the latest kempo model, to solve the paradox of making the gears mesh closer together yet at the same time solve the problem of the earlier models which caused foaming of the wheatgrass. The new revolutionary designed twin gears sit only 4/1000 inch apart resulting in a reduction in extraction time by 40-50% on previous models while nutritional benefits are increased and the extraction rate improved by 5-10%.
Stainless Steel Lock
The Stainless Steel locking mechanism is exclusive to the Kempo GPT-E1303 model, ensuring the front end is held securely in place at all times.
- This provides greater strength and durability than the plastic locking mechanism from previous designs.
Pressure Adjustment Knob
With the Kempo juicer, pressure can be utilized and regulated to create ‘juicing momentum’.
- By adjusting the pressure adjustment knob, you can create even distribution of pressure, according to the requirements of the varying fruits, vegetables, herbs, pulses, nuts, etc.
Low RPM's
The Kempo GPT E1303 is a revolutionary design that incorporates a twin gear press system that rotates at a very low 160 Rpm's, generating little to no heat. This prevents the destruction of the valuable nutrients and enzymes in the fruits and vegetables being juiced, and guarantees a high quality juice that is virtually foam free. Magnetic Juice Bowl Magnets are located at the base of the juice bowl. The magnetic effect is to delay oxidation and to therefore keep the juice fresher for a longer period of time. Easy to Clean, Assemble/Disassemble Automatic Safety Override
The smaller unit makes it more compact, taking up less room on your kitchen counter and making it much easier to fit the parts in the sink to clean. The Kempo is 3/4 the weight of other twin gear machines (at 13.6lbs) as opposed to the Greenstar which is 20.9lb and the Twinhealth at 24lbs. Proving that bigger is not always better. It also has fewer parts, making it much easier to assemble and disassemble. We all know that if its quick and easy there is a far greater chance that we will use it more often.
A thermal protection device and a safety fuse prevents you from overheating the machine. In case of a blockage, the machine automatically shuts itself off to prevent any potential damage to the engine. This is why in over 15 years of selling green power machines we have never seen an engine problem.
